Miele in Culla
by La Corte Delle Regine
The intuition to preserve honey in a jar of wax was born by pure chance and in a funny way. Pressed, during a trip, by a dear friend of mine about the world of bees to the question “why is honey eaten directly from the honeycomb better?”, annoyed I replied “I don’t know… it’s probably the wax that makes it better”. After finishing the sentence, I had a clear image of what I had to do and why. I turned to the annoying friend and said to him decisively “We have to make a jar made entirely of beeswax”
